1 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 04 - 90 <br />Section 1001.08 1001.08 (2) Streets, is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br />DELETE: 1001.08 (2) Streets sections (1) through (11) <br />entirely. <br />ADD: <br />1001.08 (2) Streets Design Criteria for <br />streets is located in City Code Section 302. <br />Street Construction Standards, Section 302.03. <br />IV. <br />Section 1001.08 1001.08, Subdivision 7 Drainage is amended <br />as follows: <br />ADD: <br />(5) The drainage and resulting grading plan <br />shall be designed such that lot <br />elevations allow for proposed basements <br />to be 4' above the water table and 2' <br />above the design flood levels of ponding <br />areas. <br />V. <br />Section 1001.19 Minor Subdivision is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br />ADD: <br />At the end of 1001.19 (3): Information <br />described in Section 1001.05 may be- <br />requested. <br />VI. <br />Save as above amended, Section 1001 of the Lino Lakes City <br />Code shall stand as initially passed and as previously <br />amended. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect frcm and <br />after its passage and publication according to City 'charter. <br />Passed by the City Council this day of _. 1990. <br />Harold L.
