Council Member Reinert introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 22 - 90 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT - WHITE TAIL -RIDGE <br />WHEREAS: <br />pursuant_ to a resolution of the Council adopted <br />February 26, 1990, a report has been prepared by <br />the City Engineer with reference to the <br />improvement of the street now platted as West <br />Street and the completion of the street known as <br />Reiling Road. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of White Tail <br />Ridge in accordance with the report and the assessment <br />of benefitting property for all or a portion of the cost <br />of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter <br />at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $ 67,010.40. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the llth day of June, 1990 in the council <br />chambers of the city hall at 7:15 P.M. and the Clerk <br />shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing <br />and improvement as required by law. <br />Adapted by the Council this 14th day of ay, 1990. <br />arold L.
