He had no idea how large <br />it would be but since the relationship with WCCO had been <br />very cooperative in the past he gave a verbal consent for the <br />installation. Mr. Miller said he feels that WCCO <br />misrepresented the size of the ball and it should be taken <br />down. Mr. Miller gave the Council a brief background <br />regarding the WCCO installation off of Holly Drive and noted <br />that a good working relationship had been established with <br />them in the past. <br />Council Member Reinert said that the City does have a <br />procedure for these matters and the procedure should be <br />followed. <br />Mr. Miller said that he would contact WCCO and start the <br />permit process. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to adjourn at 11:00 P.M. <br />Council Member'Kuether seconded the motion.
