X66 <br />D) To maintain acceptable per- -- capita costs for <br />city services such as snow-plowing, road <br />maintenance, and fire and police protection. <br />A7.) To define a -trigger-mechanism" that will <br />establish a formula for the rezoning of Rural- - <br />Business Reserve land to a business use as <br />needed. <br />(2) Lot and Yard Requirements. <br />A) <br />Minimum lot size: 10 acres <br />(B) Minimum lot width: 330 feet <br />(C) Setbacks: <br />Front yard: 30 feet <br />Pear yard: 30 feet <br />Side yard interior: 10 feet <br />Side yard corner: :30 feet <br />Floor Area Requirements. The minimum outside dimension, <br />floor area for single- family dwellings shall be as <br />follows. <br />Rambler (3 bedroom; <br />Rambler (2 bedroom; <br />1 1/2 Story <br />Split Foyer (foyer, stairs <br />2 Story <br />1050 :square feet <br />980 square feet <br />980 square feet <br />980 square feet <br />850 square feet <br />Height Regulations. Also, no <br />person shall change the use of any land or occupy or <br />utilize a newly constructed or altered building except a <br />single - family dwelling and its accessory buildings or <br />farm structure without first having obtained a <br />Certificate of Occupancy and satisfied the requirements <br />of Section 5, Subdivisions 4 and G. <br />(A) Single- family detached dwellings. <br />(B) Agriculture, gardening and sod farming. <br />Page 2 <br />
