1 <br />1 <br />Council Member Bohjanen introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25 - 90 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT - PINERIDGE <br />WHEREAS: pursuant to a resolution of the council adopted <br />March 26, 1990, a report has been prepared by the <br />City Engineer with reference to the improvement of <br />PineRidge. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The council will consider the improvement of PineRidge <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of <br />benefitting property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter at an <br />estimated total cost of the improvement of $ 612,841.52. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 13th day of August, 1990 in the <br />council chambers of the city hall at 7:15 P.M. and the <br />Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such <br />hearing and improvement as required by the City Charter <br />and by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 9th day of July, 1990. <br />;`�bnyn <br />G <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolutic was <br />duly seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon to <br />being taken thereo.., the following voted in fa of f: Neal <br />Kuether, Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen <br />The following voted against t same: None <br />upon said resolution was declared duly passed. <br />adopted. <br />Harold L.
