1 <br />1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING JULY 9, 1990 <br />Member Kuether seconded the motion. Council Member Neal <br />asked how soon will the Correctional Facility be connected to <br />the sewer and water lines. Mr. Schneider said possibly by <br />September, 1990. On a roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 40 - 90 can be found at the end of these <br />minutes. <br />PLANNER'S REPORT <br />Set Public Hearing for Vacation of Easements, Reshanau Park <br />Estates for August 13, 1990, 7:00 P.M., Resolution No. 37 -90 <br />No. 37 -90 - Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve this <br />resolution. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 37 - 90 can be found at the end of these <br />minutes. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Consideration of Cable Commission Preliminary 1991 Budget - <br />Mr. Tesch presented the 1991 Budget and noted that it is <br />basically the same as the 1990 Budget. There are some added <br />programs and Mr. Tesch outlined the programs. Mr. Tesch <br />noted that the franchise fee for 1990 is approximately <br />$8,000.00. This matter is for review and comment only. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to accept the 1991 Cable <br />Commission Budget as presented. Council Member Neal seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Request for Two (2) Day Dance License, 49 Club - Mrs. <br />Anderson explained that the dances will be held in <br />conjunction with a pig roast and a barbecue in the parking <br />lot of the 49 Club. Uniformed Police Officers will be on <br />site during the dances. Council Neal moved to approve the <br />dance license. H <br />PUBLIC HEARING, PRELIMINARY PLAT, BIRCH WOODS <br />Mr. Boxrud explained that this public hearing is for t <br />proposed plat of Birch Woods located on the Montain Pr erty, <br />south of Birch Street and between Reshanau Lake Estate ind <br />Shenandoah. He noted that the property is zoned R -1X i.has <br />been reviewed and approved by the Desig.. nevic:: Eoard 'B). <br />There has been a neighborhood meeting at city hall an( e <br />preliminary plat was presented to anyone interested. <br />Boxrud explained that the key factors of this subdivi :;is <br />access and circulation.
