Council Member Reinert introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER 47 -90 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ACCOUNTANT TO TRANSFER FUNDS <br />FROM THE 1987 CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE 1987 DEBT SERVICE <br />FUND. <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />as of December 31, 1989, there remained a cash <br />balance in the 1987 construction fund of $135,944 <br />and, <br />the Improvement bonds of 1987 financed the 1987 <br />construction projects and, <br />construction on the projects included in this fund, <br />Reshaunau Lake Estates South, Phase 1, and D. <br />Erickson's 2nd addition, Phase 1, has been <br />completed, except for final paving, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the cash balance in 1987 Construction Fund <br />amounts for paving and aerial map charges be <br />transferred to the 1987 Debt Service Fund. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of July, <br />1990. <br />less <br />(-2 <br />Maril <br />Page -1- <br />}A/,_6 <br />G.
