1 <br />1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING AUGUST 13, 1990 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called <br />to order by Mayor Bisel at 6:30 P.M. Council Members <br />present: Neal, Kuether, Reinert, Bohjanen. Council Members <br />absent: none. City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; Engineer's, <br />Darrell Schneider and Dan Boxrud; Planner, John Miller; <br />Public Works Director, Don Volk; Administrator, Randy <br />Schumacher and Clerk- Treasurer Marilyn Anderson were also <br />present. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Regular Council Meeting, July 9, 1990 - Council Member <br />Bohjanen moved to approve these minutes as presented. <br />Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Regular Council Meeting, July 23, 1990 - Council Member Neal <br />moved to approve these minutes as presented. Council Member <br />Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS <br />July 31, 1990 - Council Member Neal moved to approve t` -:ese <br />disbursements as presented. Council Member Kuether se,:onded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />August 13, 1990 - Council Member Neal moved to approve these <br />disbursements as presented. Council Member Kuether se onded <br />the motion. Mr. Hawkins referred to Page 2 of the <br />Disbursement Listing regarding payment of the award tr she <br />landowners for easements for the Storm Water Managemes Plan. <br />He noted that several of the landowners had appealed air <br />award. By law the City is required to pay the 75% of ze <br />award at this time and the checks have been made out r this <br />amount. This is not reflected on the Disbursement Li; :ing. <br />Mr. Hawkins requested that the balance of checks for is <br />matter be held by the Clerk until the appeal period 1: <br />expired. <br />Voting on the motion, motion carried unanimously. <br />Centennial Fire Department - Council Member Neal movy o <br />approve these disbursements as presented. Motion carried unanim, y. <br />OPEN MIRE <br />Ted Matkke, Engineer for Rick Carlson, Woodridge Est -Mr. <br />Matkke said he has some questions and concerns regar the <br />pending assessments for Woodridge Estates. An asses was <br />included for area drainage. He noted that this plat <br />almost completely constructed before the City passed <br />requirement that assessments be included for area dr e. <br />He also noted that this assessment was not included <br />PAGE 1 <br />
