COUNCIL MEETING AUGUST 13, 1990 <br />close by when needed. Mayor Bisel explained that this would <br />not be permissible. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to close the public hearing at <br />8:12 P.M. Council Member Reinert seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Bisel reminded the Council that the two preliminary <br />plats are tied together. If the Council approves one (1) <br />preliminary plat, they must also approve the second <br />preliminary plat. <br />Council Member Kuether moved to approve the preliminary plat <br />of Brandywood Estates and a variance for double fronting Lots <br />4 through 10, Block 1 and a variance for lot width for Lot 2, <br />Block 1 and subject to the conditions listed by the DRB. <br />Council Member Neal seconded the motion. On a roll call <br />vote, motion carried unanimously. <br />Council Member Kuether moved to approve the preliminary plat <br />of Pheasant Hills Preserve and to grant variances for cul -de- <br />sacs and subject to the conditions outlined by the DRB. <br />Council Member Neal seconded the motion. On a roll call <br />vote, motion carried unanimously. <br />The Council took a five (5) minute recess at 8:25 P.M. <br />Mr. Boxrud noted that a drainage and grading study is needed <br />for these two plats. He asked that these studies be done <br />concurrently. <br />Council Member Neal moved to approve Resolution No. 38 - 90 <br />and to incorporate the drainage and grading study. Council <br />Member Kuether seconded the motion. On a roll call vote, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 38 - 90 can be found at the end of these <br />minutes. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve Resolution No. 3 - <br />90 and to incorporate the drainage and grading study. <br />Council Member Neal seconded the motion. On a roll call <br />vote, motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 39 - 90 can be found at the end of these <br />minutes. <br />PLANNER'S REPORT - JOHN MILLER <br />Conditional Use Permit, Expanded Day Care Facility, Sharon <br />Gage - Mr. Miller explained that at the Council's July 9th <br />meeting the public hearing was held on the request to expand <br />the day care facility from twelve (12) to fourteen (14) <br />children.
