Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70-90 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS FOR MINNESOTA CORRECTIONAL FACILITY <br />SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS: <br />pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Minnesota correctional Facility <br />Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Improvements, bids were received, opened and <br />tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying <br />with the advertisement: <br />NAME AND ADDRESS <br />C.
