1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING OCTOBER 8, 1990 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called <br />to order by Mayor Bisel at 6:37 P.M., Monday, October 8, <br />1990. Council Members present: Neal, Kuether, Reinert, <br />Bohjanen. Council Members absent: none. City Attorney, <br />John Burke; Engineer's, Dan Boxrud and Darrell Schneider; <br />Public Works Director, Don Volk; Administrator, Randy <br />Schumacher and Clerk - Treasurer Marilyn Anderson were also <br />present. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />September 10, 1990 - Council Member Neal moved to approve <br />these minutes as presented. Council Member Bohjanen seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried with Council Member Kuether <br />abstaining. <br />September 24, 1990 Work Session - Council Member Bohjanen <br />moved to approve these minutes as presented. Council Member <br />Kuether seconded the motion. Motion carried with Council <br />Member Neal abstaining. <br />September 24, 1990 Regular Council Session - Council Member <br />Bohjanen moved to approve these minutes as presented. <br />Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />with Council Member Neal abstaining. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS <br />September 28, 1990 - Council Member Neal moved to approve <br />these Disbursements as presented. Council Member Bohjanen <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />October 8, 1990 Council Member Neal moved to approve these <br />Disbursements as presented. Council Member Bohjanen seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Centennial Fire District - Council Member Neal moved to <br />approve these Disbursements as presented. Council Member <br />Kuether seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />No one appeared under Open Mike. <br />PLANNER'S REPORT - JOHN MILLER <br />Mr. Miller did not have a report. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT - DAN BOXRUD AND DARRELL SCHNEIDER <br />Consideration of a Proposal for Sunnygate, Second Addition, <br />Darrell Schneider - Mr. Schneider explained that in August, <br />1990, Mr. Peterson, developer of Sunnygate has submitted a <br />plan for sewer and water installation along Sunrise Drive. <br />PAGE 1 <br />041 <br />
