199 <br />COUNCIL MEETING JANUARY 14, 1991 <br />homes can be graded at the same time grading is done for the <br />single family homes. Council Member Reinert asked if there will <br />be two (2) stall garages for all town home units and if there <br />will be overflow parking provided. Mr. Corson said yes to both <br />portions of the question. <br />Council Member Reinert moved to accept the preliminary plat for <br />Wenzel Farms including the intent to allow for grading of seventy <br />five (75) town homes which will be constructed at a later date <br />following the rezone approval of the designated acreage. Council <br />Member Neal seconded the motion. It was noted that the town home <br />portion of the preliminary plat will be before the DRB in <br />February and the Council will be receiving a recommendation for <br />that portion of the plat as well as the DRB recommendation for <br />the rezoning. On a roll call vote, motion carried with Council <br />Member Kuether abstaining. <br />Mr. Corson said that he would like to be informed immediately if <br />it appears that the rezone for the town homes will fail. Council <br />Member Reinert said that based on everything that has happened <br />this evening, there is every intention to rezone the town home <br />property. <br />Council Member Reinert moved to set the public hearing for the <br />rezone of the town homes for February 25, 1991 at 7:00 P.M. <br />Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />with Council Member Kuether abstaining. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />Resolution No. 07 - 91 Ordering Plans and Specifications for <br />Reshanau Lake Trunk Sewer Improvement - Mr. Schneider explained <br />that the public hearing was held earlier this evening and the <br />project has been revised to include only those properties that <br />have not petitioned against the improvement. In order to meet <br />the project schedule outlined in the feasibility report the City <br />Council should authorize the Engineer to prepare plans and <br />specifications during the sixty (60) day waiting period. Mr. <br />Schneider noted that if the plans are prepared and the project is <br />put on hold, the plans will still be usable and the future <br />project will proceed faster. <br />Council Member Reinert moved to approve Resolution No. 07 - 91 <br />and order the Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for <br />the Reshanau Lake Trunk Sewer Improvement.
