era <br />COUNCIL MEETING OCTOBER 10, 1988 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was <br />called to order by Mayor Benson at 7:13 P.M., October 10, <br />1988. Council Members present: Neal, Bisel, Bohjanen, <br />Reinert. Council Members absent: none. City Attorney, <br />Bill Hawkins; Engineer, Ron Stahlberg; Planner, John Miller; <br />Building Official, Pete Kluegel; Administrator, Randy <br />Schumacher and Clerk - Treasurer Marilyn Anderson were also <br />present. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />August 3, 1988 Special Council Meeting - Mr. Bisel moved to <br />approve these minutes as presented. Mr. Reinert seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried with Mr. Bohjanen abstaining. <br />September 26, 1988 Regular Council Meeting - Mr. Reinert <br />moved to approve these minutes. Mr. Neal seconded the <br />motion. Mayor Benson noted that on page sixteen, paragraph <br />five, last line the word "not" be added between "but" and <br />"next ". Motion carried with Mr. Bohjanen abstaining. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS <br />September 30, 1988 - Mr. Bisel moved to approve these <br />disbursements as presented. Mr. Neal seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />October 10, 1988 Mr. Bohjanen moved to approve these <br />disbursements as presented. Mr. Reinert seconded the <br />motion. Mayor Benson asked for an explanation of the <br />disbursement for Annandale Construction. Mr. Stahlberg <br />explained this is for a portion of the construction in the <br />second phase of D. Erickson's 2nd Addition and the second <br />addition of Reshanau Lake Estates South. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />No one appeared under Open Mike. <br />UHDE PONDS, LAKES ADDITION NO. 3, DONNA CARLSON <br />Mayor Benson updated the Council regarding a meeting held <br />with Mrs. Carlson, the City Admnistrator and himself. He <br />has talked to Mr. Uhde today and he has agreed to grade the <br />PAGE 1 <br />
