Motion carried unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 31 - 88 ADOPTING <br />COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL SEWER USER FEES <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 31 - 88 adopted by the Lino Lakes <br />City Council on June 13, 1988 set water and sewer <br />user fees for residential users, and <br />WHEREAS, Commercial and industrial user fees were not <br />established at that time, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Effective January 1, 1989 the sewer user fee for <br />commercial and industrial users shall be as follows: <br />1. Sewer Users Fee - $1.70 per thousand gallons of <br />water. <br />2. Minimum Rate - $36.00 per quarter. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of <br />October, 1988. <br />Marilyn .
