COUNCIL MEETING <br />DECEMBER 12, 1988 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was <br />called to order by Mayor Benson at 7:00 P.M., December 12, <br />1988. Council Members present: Neal, Bisel, Bohjanen, <br />Reinert. Council Members absent: none. City Attorney, <br />Bill Hawkins; Engineer, Ron Stahlberg; Building Inspector, <br />Pete Kluegel; Planner, John Miller; Administrator, Randy <br />Schumacher and Clerk- Treasurer Marilyn Anderson were also <br />present. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Council Budget Meeting, November 28, 1988 - Mr. Neal moved <br />to approve these minutes as presented. Mr. Bisel seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Regular Council Meeting, November 28, 1988 - Mr. Bisel moved <br />to approve these minutes as presented. Mr. Bohjanen <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS <br />November 30. 1988 - Mr. Bohjanen moved to approve these <br />disbursements as presented. Mr. Reinert seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />December 12, 1988 - Mr. Reinert moved to approve these <br />disbursements as presented. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />No one appeared under Open Mike. <br />CENTENNIAL FIRE DISTRICT, DISCUSSION OF OPERATIONAL COSTS - <br />BILL BRUEN, CHAIRMAN <br />Mr. Bruen and Fire District Commissioner,•Neal Benjamin <br />appeared before the Council to update the Council on recent <br />actions of the Fire District Commission. Mr. Bruen <br />explained that at the December 4, 1988 meeting the <br />Commission moved to ask the Lino Lakes City Council to <br />approve the 1989 Fire Department Budget and to tell the <br />Council that if this is not done the Fire District should be <br />disolved.
