1 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING MAP OF ROUTE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWER AND <br />MUNICIPAL WATER IN A PORTION OF THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT, ABUTTING <br />2ND AVENUE AND ACROSS THE PROPERTY OF CERTAIN RESIDENTS ALONG RUSTIC LANE. <br />WHEREAS: Resolution No. 84 - 88 was adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council <br />on November 28, 1988 fixing a route for the installation of trunk <br />sanitary sewer and municipal water as indicated by the map attached <br />to the Resolution, and <br />WHEREAS: The Lino Lakes City Engineer has recommended a shorter, less ex- <br />pensive route still within the scope of the improvement project <br />and this route is outlined on the attached map, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That Resolution No. 84 - 88 be amended to show the new route as indicated on the <br />attached map. <br />III Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota this twenty seventh <br />day of December, 1988. <br />-1111111r fileskm <br />Benjamin G.
