1 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CLOSE THE 1980 BOND FUND TO THE CLOSED <br />BOND FUND <br />WHEREAS: There exists a balance of $74,833.00 in the 1980 Bond Fund <br />(Fund No. 504 - 505), and <br />WHEREAS: The 1980 Bonds have been completely retired, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the balance of $74,833.00 in the 1980 Bond Fund be trans- <br />ferred to the Closed Bond Fund and the City Clerk be authorized <br />to close the 1980 Bond Fund. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of December, 1988. <br />Marilyn G.
