1 <br />III NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CLOSE THE NORTH ROAD CONSTRUCTION FUND <br />TO THE TEMPORARY BOND FUND OF 1987 <br />WHEREAS: There exists a balance of $947.11 in the North Road Construction <br />Fund (550- 49000 -06), and <br />WHEREAS: The construction of the sanitary sewer, municipal water utilities <br />and the upgrading of North Road is complete and all bills relating <br />to the construction have been paid, <br />That the balance of $947.11 be transferred to the Temporary Bond <br />Fund of 1987 (513) for the reduction of the bond debt service and <br />the City Clerk be authorized to close the North Road Construction <br />Fund. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day off December, 1988. <br />er\LCAZi, <br />Marilyn O Anderson, Clerk - Tresurer <br />■4■ <br />enjami.
