190 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR WOODRIDGE <br />ESTATES <br />WHEREAS: <br />Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted <br />on March 28, 1988 a report has been prepared by <br />the City Engineer with reference to the improve - <br />ment of Woodridge Estates as indicated by the <br />plat dated December 8, 1988, and this report was <br />received on December 27, 1988. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Mr. Stahlberg of TKDA is hereby designated as the engineer <br />for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Council this 23rd day of January, 1989. <br />Benjamin G.
