._a. hi r <br />Council Meeting <br />February 13, 1989 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called <br />to order by Acting Mayor Reinert at 7:00 P.M., Monday, <br />February 13, 1989. Council Members present: Neal, Bohjanen, <br />Bisel. Members absent: Mayor Benson. City Attorney, Bill <br />Hawkins; Engineer, Ron Stahlberg; Building Official, Pete <br />Kluegel; Planner, John Miller; Police Chief, Dean Campbell; <br />Administrator, Randy Schumacher and Clerk- Treasurer Marilyn <br />Anderson were also present. <br />9• <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Work Session with Engineer, January 17, 1989 - Mr. Bohjanen <br />moved to approve these minutes as presented. Mr. Neal <br />seconded the motion_ Motion carried unanimously. <br />Joint Meeting with Centerville and Circle Pines, January 17, <br />1989 - Mr. Bisel moved to approve these minutes as presented. <br />Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously_ <br />Mayor's Address to Council, January 23, 1989 - Mr. Bohjanen <br />moved to approve these minutes as presented. Mr. Neal <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Regular Council Meeting, January 23, 1989 - Mr. Neal moved to <br />approve these minutes as presented. Mr. Bisel seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Work Session Regarding Fire District, January 30, 1989 -Mr. <br />Bohjanen moved to approve these minutes as presented. Mr. <br />Neal'seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS <br />January 31, 1989 - Mr. Bisel moved to approve these <br />Disbursements as presented. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />February 13, 1989 - Mr. Bohjanen moved to approve these <br />Disbursements as presented. Mr. Neal seconded the motion. <br />Mr. Bisel questioned the disbursement for Banyon Data Systems <br />for $208.50. Mr. Schumacher explained that this was software <br />not included in the original package.
