CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DATE <br />TIME STARTED <br />TIME ENDED • <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : <br />August 12, 1991 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />8:42 P.M. <br />Bohjanen, Kuether, Neal, Reinert <br />Mayor Bisel <br />Staff Members present: City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; Engineer's, <br />Dan Boxrud and Darrell Schneider; Administrator, Randy Schumacher <br />and Clerk - Treasurer, Marilyn Anderson. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Neal asked that Consent Agenda Item No. 2C be taken <br />from the consent agenda and placed on the regular agenda. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve the consent agenda as <br />amended. Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />ITEM <br />MINUTES: Regular Session, July 22, 1991 <br />DISBURSEMENTS: July 31, 1991 <br />August 12, 1991 <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. <br />81 -91 AMENDING THE 1991 GENERAL FUND BUDGET <br />REGULAR AGENDA <br />OPEN MIKE <br />DISPOSITION <br />Approved <br />Approved <br />Approved <br />Approved <br />Linda Elliott, 2001 Otter Lake Drive presented a petition to the <br />Council requesting that an Environmental Assessment Work Sheet <br />(EAW) be completed for the portion of the proposed plat of Oak <br />Brook Peninsula in a portion of Outlot B and called "Lake Beaches" <br />be prepared at this time. Mrs. Elliott explained that the first <br />EAW did not address this portion of the proposed plat and the <br />petition is asking that this oversight be corrected. Acting Mayor <br />Reinert said that the Council would accept the petition and refer <br />it to staff for consideration. <br />PAGE 1 <br />
