Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />ITEM <br />MINUTES: Regular Session, July 22, 1991 <br />DISBURSEMENTS: July 31, 1991 <br />August 12, 1991 <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. <br />81 -91 AMENDING THE 1991 GENERAL FUND BUDGET <br />REGULAR AGENDA <br />OPEN MIKE <br />DISPOSITION <br />Approved <br />Approved <br />Approved <br />Approved <br />Linda Elliott, 2001 Otter Lake Drive presented a petition to the <br />Council requesting that an Environmental Assessment Work Sheet <br />(EAW) be completed for the portion of the proposed plat of Oak <br />Brook Peninsula in a portion of Outlot B and called "Lake Beaches" <br />be prepared at this time. Mrs. Elliott explained that the first <br />EAW did not address this portion of the proposed plat and the <br />petition is asking that this oversight be corrected. Acting Mayor <br />Reinert said that the Council would accept the petition and refer <br />it to staff for consideration. <br />PAGE 1 <br />
