21 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75 - 91 <br />PAGE -2- <br />directed to enter into the attached contract with Arcon <br />Construction, 903 East Forest, Mora, Minnesota for the <br />construction of the Reshanau Lake Trunk Sanitary Sewer <br />improvement, Division III according to the plans and <br />specifications therefor approved by the City Council and <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk in the amount of <br />$100,557.12. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with <br />their bids, except that the deposits of the successful <br />bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained <br />until a contract has been signed. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of <br />August, 1991. <br />Harold L.
