The Clerk, if necessary, shall forthwith transmit a certified <br />copy of this resolution to the County Auditor to provide for <br />the re- apportionment of such special assessments following <br />recording of the land division by the applicants. <br />4. That all of the terms and conditions of the original Special <br />Assessment Resolution and the City of Lino Lakes Local <br />Improvement Policy shall remain in force concerning the <br />division of this parcel. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of August, <br />1991. <br />Harold L.
