Council Member Kuether was not in the Council <br />Chambers at this time. <br />Resolution No. 85 - 91 Declaring Costs to be Assessed and <br />Ordering Proposed Assessment Roll, Whitetail Ridge - The street <br />improvement for Whitetail Ridge is nearing completion. Total <br />costs have been computed and the assessment roll is complete. <br />There was an overrun in costs due to soils becoming unsuitable in <br />the presence of excessive moisture. Three (3) of the four (4) <br />affected land owners have been notified of the change in <br />assessment. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to adopt Resolution No. 85 - 91. <br />Council Member Neal seconded the motion. <br />VOTING ON THE MOTION: <br />Bisel <br />Neal <br />Abstained: none. <br />Bohjanen <br />Reinert <br />Kuether ❑ <br />Motion carried. Council Member <br />Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 86 - 91 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />ATTORNEY'S REPORT - BILL HAWKINS <br />Resolution No. 88 - 91 Re- apportioning Assessments on PIN. 18 -31- <br />22 -41 -0001 Which Was Divided into PIN. 18- 31 -22 -41 -0002 and 18- <br />31 -22 -42 -0002 (Tilsen Property) - Mr. Schumacher explained that <br />Emtech, Inc. is proposing to buy a portion of the property <br />described above and relocate their business from Burnsville.
