1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 23, 1991 <br />Mr. Roisum asked if it were possible for Mr. Spetzman to <br />intensify his commercial usage. Mr. Miller explained that the <br />land would have to be rezoned and the neighbors would have to be <br />notified. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve the site and building <br />plan as outlined in DRB application No. 91 -32. Council Member <br />Neal seconded the motion. <br />VOTING ON THE MOTION: <br />Bisel <br />Neal <br />Abstained: none. <br />Bohjanen <br />Reinert <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Kuether <br />r,- <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve a CUP Amendment, DRB <br />application No. 91 - 33 as recommended by the DRB and containing <br />the four (4) stipulations outlined by the DRB. Council Member <br />Neal seconded the motion. <br />VOTING ON THE MOTION: <br />Bisel <br />Neal <br />El <br />Bohjanen <br />Reinert El <br />Kuether <br />Abstained: none <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Council Member Kuether excused herself at 7:30 P.M. <br />PUBLIC HEARING, PHEASANT HILLS PRESERVE, PHASE II IMPROVEMENT <br />Mr. Boxrud explained that this public hearing has been called to <br />take public comment on the extension of sanitary sewer only to <br />Pheasant Hills Preserve, Phase II. Mr. Boxrud used the overhead <br />projector and outlined the improvement project. He noted that <br />the improvement can be accomplished by a change order with Rice <br />Lake Contracting for a total cost of $27,000.00. <br />Mayor Bisel opened the public hearing at 7:32 P.M. There was no <br />one in the audience to speak for or against the improvement. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to close the public hearing at 7:32 <br />P.M. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mr. Boxrud noted that there is no Council action to be taken at <br />PAGE 6 <br />104 <br />
