153 <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />VOTING ON THE MOTION: <br />Bisel <br />Neal <br />Bohjanen <br />Reinert <br />Kuether <br />OCTOBER 28, 1991 <br />Abstained: none <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 11 - 91 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />Sec <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 12 - 91 Renaming West Street to <br />White Tail Ridge - Mr. Miller explained that the City Council <br />approved the first reading of this ordinance on October 14, 1991. <br />There is no opposition to this name change during the first <br />reading. <br />Council Member Reinert moved to adopt the second reading of <br />Ordinance No. 12 - 91. Council Member Kuether seconded the <br />motion. <br />VOTING ON THE MOTION: <br />Bisel <br />Neal <br />El <br />Bohjanen <br />Reinert <br />Kuether <br />Abstained: none <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 12 - 91 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 13 - 91 Rezoning the Weaver <br />Property From Single Family Residential (R -1) to Single Family <br />Executive (R -1X) - Mr. Miller explained that the Council approved <br />the first reading of this ordinance at the October 14, 1991 <br />Council meeting. Approval of the second reading will rezone the <br />property. This is in keeping with the comprehensive plan and the <br />City Council wishes expressed during review of the concept plan. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to adopt the second reading of <br />Ordinance No. 13 - 91.
