161 <br />COUNCIL MINUTES OCTOBER 28, 1991 <br />Mr. Schumacher asked if the Council is saying that the government <br />access channel can be used for public information purposes? <br />Mayor Bisel said a precedence has been set. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Set Special Council Meeting for Wednesday, November 6, 1991, 6:30 <br />P.M. to Canvas the Municipal Election - Council Member Bohjanen <br />moved to set this meeting. Council Member Neal seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Set Public Hearing for Former Lake Crest Preliminary Plat - Mr. <br />Miller explained that the land known as Lake Crest has been <br />purchased by Keith Ebinsteiner. The revised plat would eliminate <br />dual driveways that exit onto Birch Street. Council Member <br />Bohjanen moved to set this public hearing for Monday, November <br />25, 1991. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to adjourn at 9:52 P.M. Council <br />Member Neal seconded the motion.
