Council Member Reinert <br />seconded the motion. <br />VOTING ON THE MOTION: <br />Bisel <br />Neal <br />Abstained: none <br />Bohjanen- <br />Reinert <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Kuether <br />El <br />Site and Building Plan Review, Molin Concrete Products Company - <br />Mr. Miller explained that the applicant wishes to construct an <br />accessory building near 4th Avenue and Lilac Street. The <br />proposed structure is planned as a wood frame building to measure <br />24' x 36'. A 14' side wall is also proposed. The applicant <br />states that the building will be used for general storage <br />including material to be used in the mixing of concrete and also <br />vehicles. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve DRB application No. 91- <br />43 for a site and building plan application for Molin Concrete <br />Products Company. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. <br />VOTING ON THE MOTION: <br />Bisel <br />Neal <br />Abstained: none <br />Bohjanen LJ Kuether <br />Reinert <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Minor Subdivision, Variance, Emmett and Beatrice Salberg - Mr. <br />and Mrs. Salberg own several parcels of land on 20th Avenue near <br />Rehbein's Peltier View. The Salbergs are looking for additional <br />methods of generating income to preserve the property until <br />utilities become available. In this regard the applicants wish <br />to subdivide a 50.2 acre parcel so that a rental residence can be <br />constructed. The parcel is being proposed to be subdivided into <br />a 11.3 acre parcel and a 38.9 acre parcel. <br />PAGE 6 <br />148 <br />
