165 <br />SPECIAL ELECTION CANVASS BOARD COUNCIL MEETING NOVEMBER 6, 1991 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DATE November 6, 1991 <br />TIME STARTED 6:30 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED 6:32 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Bisel, Bohjanen, Neal, Reinert <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : Kuether <br />Staff Members present: City Administrator, Randy Schumacher and <br />Clerk - Treasurer Marilyn Anderson. <br />Mayor Bisel explained that the purpose of the special meeting is <br />for the Council to meet as the Municipal Canvass Board to certify <br />the municipal election held November 5, 1991. <br />Mrs. Anderson presented a written Municipal Canvass Board report <br />to the Council. She reported that the election was conducted <br />without any problems or concerns. The voter turnout was about <br />24% which is much lower that the previous municipal election. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to accept the Municipal Canvass <br />Board report. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. <br />VOTING ON THE MOTION: <br />Bisel <br />Bohjanen © Kuether ❑ <br />Neal © Reinert <br />Abstained: none. <br />Motion carried. Council Member Kuether was absent. <br />The Municipal Canvass Board report is attached to these minutes. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to adjourn at 6:32 P.M. Council <br />Member Reinert seconded the motion.
