187 <br />Whereas, the program for oak wilt control within the 1991 <br />forestry budget has been discontinued because the cost share <br />monies from the state were not allocated. Therefore the <br />following should be amended to reflect the change. <br />GENERAL FUND REVENUES BUDGET <br />BUDGETED AMENDED DIFFERENCE <br />Refunds 34,975.00 <br />(oak wilt cost recovery) <br />25,975.00 (9,000.00) <br />GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES BUDGET <br />Forestry <br />Contracted services 11,975.00 2,975.00 (9,000.00) <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the general fund budget be <br />amended accordingly. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Neal, Kuether, Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same:None. <br />Passed the 12th <br />day of <br />Marly G.
