225 <br />COUNCIL MINUTES DECEMBER 9, 1991 <br />Lot 10, Block 2 in Black Duck Estates is proposed to be a double <br />frontage lot. Mr. Boxrud noted that there was enough depth to <br />the lot to allow for either a berm along Birch Street or for <br />other screening. Council Member Kuether moved to approve the <br />variance for the double frontage lot with the provision that the <br />lot be bermed.
