Mayor Bisel seconded the <br />motion. <br />VOTING ON THE MOTION: <br />Bisel © Bohjanen © Kuether ❑ <br />Neal ❑ Reinert <br />Abstained: Kuether, Council Member Neal was absent. <br />Motion carried. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Call First Council Meeting of the Year, January 6, 1992 - Mayor <br />Bisel noted this meeting. <br />Council Member Bohjanen read a statement expressing great <br />pleasure in serving as Council Member and Mayor for 18 years. <br />Mayor Bisel read a statement thanking the people of Lino Lakes <br />for the honor and privilege of giving him the opportunity to <br />serve on the City Council as Council Member and Mayor during the <br />past six (6) years. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to adjourn at 11:10 P.M.
