The applicant is asking that the definition of high <br />water mark not apply in this case. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve the preliminary plat of <br />Quail Ridge. Mayor Bisel seconded the motion. Mr. Hawkins <br />reminded the Council that if the preliminary plat is denied, the <br />Council must set out the reasons for the denial because of legal <br />exposure. Currently they own 10 acres and use the site for their <br />homestead and for a horse breeding operation. Mr. and Mrs. Ayde <br />propose to remove several outbuilding from the property and <br />construct a garage and add to the barn.
