MAY 1, 1975 <br />The Board of Review Meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, <br />May 1, 1975 by Mayor Bohjanen. Councilmen present: Jaworski, Marier, <br />McLean. Absent: Zelinka. Mr. Leone, from the Anoka County Assessor's <br />office was also present. Mr. Kelling, Deputy Assessor and Mrs. Sarner, <br />Assessor were also present. <br />Mr. Antoinozzi, Plat 82906; Parcel 2570 questioned the land values on <br />his assessment. After consulting the aerial maps, the breakdown was <br />changed to 3 Acres tillable; Z acre swamp and 9 acres sub - marginal. This <br />would change the land value from $8155.00 to $4750.00. Mr. Marier so <br />moved. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion carried. <br />There was several other people with questions which were answered. Some <br />of the corrections had already been made by the Assessor and letters <br />of correction mailed to the property owners. <br />Mr. Marier moved to adjourn the Board of Review Hearing at 8:30 P.M. <br />Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried. <br />
