• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03 -14 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RESIDENTIAL LICENSE FOR WALTERS RECYCLING <br />& REFUSE, INC., TO OPERATE IN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes Solid Waste Collection Ordinance No. 507.04, <br />Subdivision 1A Regulates Residential Solid Waste Collection Licenses; <br />AND WHEREAS, The Lino Lakes Solid Waste Ordinance allows for five Residential <br />Licenses, or may limit the number of licenses through attrition to four licenses; <br />AND WHEREAS, The City currently has less than four Residential Solid Waste <br />Licensed Companies; <br />AND WHEREAS, Walters Recycling & Refuse, Inc. has submitted application to <br />operate in the City of Lino Lakes; <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
