The city council is required by law to certify <br />them and sign the canvassing document as accurate. <br />The council posed questions regarding turnout, election judge services, the possibility of <br />electronic polls books in the future and any issues that arose. <br />A motion by Council Member Rafferty, seconded by Council Member Stoesz, to approve <br />the Returns of the November 4, 2014 Municipal Election as presented, was adopted. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 6:40 p.m. <br />These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on <br />November 24, 2014. <br />uli. e Bartell, Ci Cler <br />1 <br />
