CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-39 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR THE CLEARWATER CREEK <br />BOOSTER STATION. <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the project has been substantially completed, <br />AND WHEREAS, EnComm Midwest, LLC has provided costs for the change in the work scope <br />related to the booster station; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Change Order No.1 in the amount of $1,245.00 is approved for the Clearwater Creek <br />Booster Station Project <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of March, 2003. <br />Ann J.
