CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-55 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 2 (FINAL) FOR THE 2001 <br />SEALCOAT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the 2001 Sealcoat Project has been completed <br />by Pearson Brothers, Inc. and; <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Final Payment in the amount of $87,930.79 is approved for a total <br />contract amount of $87,930.79. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 28th day of April, 2003. <br />
