CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-56 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 2 (FINAL). FOR THE 2002 <br />SEALCOAT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the 2002 Sealcoat Project has been completed <br />by Allied Blacktop, Inc. and; <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Payment number 2 (final) in the amount of $4,486.28 is approved for a <br />total contract amount of $89,725.70. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 28th day of April, 2003. <br />Ann J. $If`-, City Clerk <br />ergeson, Mayor <br />
