The property is <br />approximately 34,000 sq. ft. in size and contains a home and attached 2 -stall garage. Ms. <br />Keller would like to enlarge the existing garage on the south side, as well as add a home <br />addition above the garage and a mud room on the east side. These additions would <br />require construction approximately 3 -1/2 feet into the required 40 -foot street setback <br />from 62 °d Street. <br />This review is based on the following exhibits: <br />1.)
