• <br />• <br />• <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-70 <br />AUTHORIZING SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT AND CABARET LICENSE <br />FOR STREET DANCE AT MILLER'S ON MAIN FOR AUGUST 15 & 16, 2003 <br />WHEREAS, Miller's on Main has requested permission to conduct a Street Dance on <br />August 15 & 16, 2003, and <br />WHEREAS, the Staff has researched the issues raised by allowing an event of this type <br />in the City and recommended that conditions of approval be attached, and <br />WHEREAS, Chad Wagner of Miller's on Main has submitted an application for a <br />Special Event Permit and a Cabaret License for a Street Dance event to be held on <br />August 15 & 16, 2003, and has agreed to address a checklist of concerns prior to the <br />event (Attachment A), and <br />WHEREAS, Chad Wagner of Miller's on Main has expressed a willingness to be bound <br />to the conditions recommended by Staff (Attachment B), and to work with Staff to <br />address additional concerns which may arise; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes authorizes Staff to grant a Special Event Permit to Miller's on Main for their Street <br />Dance celebration on August 15 & 16, 2003 and a Cabaret License in conjunction with <br />this event. <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12TH day of May, 2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />• <br />Ann J.
