CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-182 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT OF AN EXISTING <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, APPROVING AMENDMENT OF AN EXISTING <br />INTERIM USE PERMIT, AND APPROVING A SITE PLAN REVIEW FOR <br />MOLIN CONCRETE AT 415 LILAC DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, Molin Concrete has submitted a request to the City to amend an existing <br />conditional use permit, amend an existing interim use permit, and approve a site plan <br />review for new facilities at 415 Lilac Drive, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission opened a public hearing on the application on <br />September 11, 2001, closed the public hearing on October 10, 2001, and recommended <br />approval with conditions, and <br />WHEAREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes adopted Resolution 01 -171 on <br />October 22, 2001, but subsequent information necessitates reconsideration of the <br />conditions included in that resolution, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes finds that, with the conditions of <br />approval included in this resolution, the following findings of fact apply as required by <br />Section 2 Subd. 2.B.7 and by Section 8 Subd.2.I.9 of the zoning ordinance: <br />a. This application will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, <br />comfort, convenience or general welfare of the neighborhood or the City. <br />b. This application will be harmonious with the general and applicable specific plans <br />and policies of the comprehensive plan of the City and this ordinance. <br />This application will be designed, constructed, operated, and maintained so as to be <br />harmonious and appropriate in appearance with the existing and/or intended <br />character of the general vicinity and will not change the essential character of that <br />area <br />d. This application will be served adequately by essential public facilities and services, <br />including streets, police and fire protection, drainage structures, refuse disposal, <br />water and sewer systems, and schools; or will be served adequately by such <br />facilities and services provided by the persons or agencies responsible for the <br />establishment of the proposed use <br />e. This application will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services and will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of <br />the .community. <br />
