CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-80 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RUSSIAN BAPTIST <br />CHURCH PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the Site Building Plan Review and Conditional Use Permit for the Russian <br />Baptist Church was approved with Resolution No. 02 -82 by the City Council on <br />September 23, 2002, and <br />WHEREAS, the City's zoning ordinance and conditions of Site and Building Plan <br />approval provide for the execution of a performance agreement to insure satisfactory <br />completion of the improvements, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Lino Lakes City Council approves the <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement with Russian Baptist Church and authorizes <br />the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of June, 2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />.4i3�• <br />John ,/: erg won, Mayor <br />2 <br />
