CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-85 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />STONEYBROOK <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a fmal plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Stoneybrook was approved with Resolution 02 -78 <br />by the City Council on August 26, 2003, with conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, the fmal plat for Stoneybrook complies with City requirements and the <br />conditions of Resolution 02 -78 have been satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Stoneybrook. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of June, 2003. <br />
