RESOLUTION NO. 03-85
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
STONEYBROOK
WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a fmal plat, and
WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City
ordinances, and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Stoneybrook was approved with Resolution 02 -78
by the City Council on August 26, 2003, with conditions, and
WHEREAS, the fmal plat for Stoneybrook complies with City requirements and the
conditions of Resolution 02 -78 have been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino
Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Stoneybrook.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of June, 2003.

Stoneybrook Final Plat
VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority
BACKGROUND
The City Council approved the Stoneybrook preliminary plat on August 26th,
2002. The Developer has submitted a final plat for approval.
The plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat. The development agreement
for the subdivision has been executed and all required securities have been
submitted.
A Title Commitment for the property, Deeds for Outlots, Association Agreement,
Conservation Easements, and temporary roadway easements have been
submittted in conformance with the conditions of preliminary plat approval. The
City Attorney has reviewed these documents and the necessary modifications
are being addressed.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 03 -85.
