NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby <br />approves the' allocation of 0.73 acres of commercial MUSA for the site, and <br />BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED that the Lino. The <br />applicant shall submit a new photometric plan that complies with these standards <br />prior to commencement of site work. <br />3...The utility related modifications and comments as set forth in the City Engineer's <br />memo, dated March 6, 2003, shall be incorporated into the final plans prior to <br />commencement of site work. Plans shall be subject to City Engineer approval. <br />4. Such <br />agreement shall provide for ongoing maintenance of ponding and infiltration areas. <br />
