Council Member �e,�.,c ✓I- <br />and moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03 - 96 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM THE LINO LAKES LIONS CLUB FOR <br />TWO TASERS <br />WHEREAS, tasers are equipment used as Less Than Lethal Tactics <br />by the police officers; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Lions Club has graciously made an offer <br />to donate $1,000 toward the cost of these tasers, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lino Lakes City Council <br />members, do hereby accept the $1,000 donation to purchase the two <br />tasers and wishes to express its gratitude to the Lino Lakes <br />Lions Club for the donation. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of July, <br />2003. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member `h j/ and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />fie-; ke ., 1 .,) ) E 1. 1, ►'ye,- )�,,., C4,- I� � " f 0 ' i� tv:•,e._/ <br />The following voted agai�st same: <br />/U s.,t • <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
