170 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows: That the following described drainage and utility easement, lying within the corporate limits of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows, to -wit; An easement, dedicated to the public on the plat of Lakes Addition No. 1, and being described as follows: A drainage and utility easement, 20 feet in width, the center of which is the common line between Lots 21 and 22, Block 4, Lakes Addition No. 1, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota, shall be and is hereby vacated as of the date hereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Kulaszewicz, and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof; Mayor Harvey Karth and Councilmen Richard Kulaszewicz, John McLean, Robert Schneider, and Richard Zelinka, and the following voted against the same: none. Whereupon the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) ) SS COUNTY OF ANOKA ) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk- Treasurer of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the City Council of said City, held on the 10th day of October, 1978, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full and complete transcript therefrom.
