rP 1 1 July 23, 1979 ment. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion declared passed. Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to adjourn at 12:15 P.M. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Aye. These minutes were considered and approved at the regular Council meeting held on August 13, 1979. 285 August 1, 1979 The special meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order at 8;00 P.M. on August 1, 1979 by Mayor Karth. Council members present; Kulaszewicz, McLean. Schneider, Zelinka. Absent; None. This meeting had been called for the purpose of hearing a report from Mr. Charles Hodge. After hearing Mr. Hodge's report, Mr. Schneider moved to authorize Mr. Hodge to proceed with his search for a City Administrator. The assignment to include job specifications and organizational chart. This is to be submitted to the Council by August 8, 1979. Secondly, the search to begin immediately with resume's of recommended applicants to be available for Council members by August 31, 1979. Seconed by Mr. Zelinka. Motion declared passed. Notice of this is to be posted on the City bulletin board and published in the Forest Lake Time. Mr. Hodge will assist in the wording of this notice. Mr. Schneider moved to continue the CETA employment of the office help for one week and the police office for two weeks. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion declared passed. Mr. Schneider moved to authorize Mr. Phil Kenney to start individual applications for police personnel for Long Term Disability Insurance Coverage per the Saint Paul Company's proposal. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion declared passed. Mr. Schneider moved to request Mr. Locher to submit all written references on the legal question of the zoning status of the Outlots in Lakes Add, #2 by Friday, Augsut 3, 1979. Seconded by Mr. MCLean. Motion declared passed. The meeting was adjourned at 9:45 P.M. These minutes were considered and approved at the regular Council meeting held on August 13, 1979. Edna L.
