1 <br />1 <br />Council Member introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 07 - 91 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE, SECTION 703, <br />CABARET LICENSE <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />I. <br />Section 703 License Required as originally written in the Lino <br />Lakes City Code is hereby deleted. <br />II. <br />Section 703 License Required is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />703.01 <br />License Required. No person to whom an on -sale beer <br />or on -sale intoxicating liquor license has been <br />issued shall permit on the licensed premises any <br />dancing, singing, stage show or other entertainment <br />unless a cabaret license has also been issued for <br />conducting such activities within the building on <br />the premises. This section shall not prohibit the <br />use of radios, televisions, or juke boxes on <br />premises licensed for the on -sale or beer or <br />intoxicating liquor, provided a nuisance is not <br />created or any other ordinance violated thereby. <br />703.02 Issuance of License. A cabaret license shall be <br />issued by the Clerk - Treasurer on application <br />therefor by any on -sale liquor or beer licenses upon <br />payment of the cabaret license fee. <br />703.03 Term and Fee. <br />Subdivision 1. Annual. The fee for an annual <br />cabaret license shall be $200.00. All annual <br />cabaret licenses shall expire on June 30th of each <br />year. <br />Subdivision 2. Short -Term. A cabaret license may <br />be issued for a shorter term for a fee of $20.00 per <br />day. <br />025 <br />
